The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified service‑disabled veteran‑owned small business to provide comprehensive inspection and testing services for elevators and dumbwaiters at three VA medical facilities in North Texas (Dallas, Garland, and Bonham). The contractor must perform semi‑annual, annual, and five‑year full‑load inspections, submit detailed reports within 30 days of each inspection, and notify the VA of any unsafe conditions immediately.
