2” Galvanized Water Main Replacements – North Little Rock 2026 Phase 3

Central Arkansas Water is seeking qualified contractors to replace aging water mains in North Little Rock as part of Phase 3 of its 2026 program. The scope includes removal of existing 2‑inch galvanized pipe and installation of approximately 5,491 linear feet of new 6‑inch ductile‑iron water mains plus 6,425 linear feet of 3‑inch PVC water mains along a network of streets (W. M. Ave., Round Hill Rd., Jay Cir., etc.). Bids must be sealed, submitted by May 2 2026, and be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check equal to at least 5 % of the total bid.
