Description
The Jefferson Parish Government is seeking qualified contractors to remove and replace the existing metal roof system on the West Bank Office and Warehouse. The work includes full removal down to the structure, installation of a new pre‑finished standing‑seam metal roof, replacement of gutters and downspouts, and replacement of roof insulation. Bidders must submit a 5 % bid bond electronically and comply with all submission requirements.
• Remove existing metal roofing and down to structural framing
• Install new standing‑seam metal roofing, gutters, and downspouts
• Replace roof batt insulation with new insulation liner system
• Provide performance and payment bonds as required by LRS‑R.S. 38:2218/2219
• Submit a single PDF bid package with all required documents and electronic bond
