Description
The East Orange VA Medical Center and the Lyons VA Medical Center are seeking contractors to provide demolition and asbestos abatement services in support of in-house projects at both locations. The contract will require the contractor to provide personnel, materials, services, supervision, and facilities to perform the required services. The magnitude of the project is estimated to be between $1 million and $2 million.
• The contractor must comply with applicable Infection Control requirements and the New Jersey Administrative Code.
• The contractor must provide demolition and asbestos abatement services.
• The contractor must have experience with Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.
