Description
The U.S. International Trade Commission intends to award a sole source contract to Yoto V. Yotov for a training requirement course in Gravity Modeling. The course aims to enhance collaborative development for members of the Office of Economics. The period of performance is from May 01, 2026, through April 30, 2027. The justification for the sole source award is that Professor Yotov is a world-renowned expert in the development, usage, and application of the Gravity Model of international trade.

• Providing advisory services on the development and application of the Gravity model
• Conducting a training course for USITC in advanced gravity modeling techniques
• Working on projects with the Commission and being familiar with their capabilities, needs, and research
