23RD AVENUE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT JOB ORDER CONTRACT PROGRAM ENGINEERING SUPPORT SERVICES

The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team with wastewater treatment plant experience to provide engineering support services for the Wastewater Facilities Job Order Contract (JOC) Program at the 23rd Avenue Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). Services will include design and construction administration and inspection services. The selected consultant will be expected to be knowledgeable in regulatory requirements associated with the operation and maintenance of the 23rd Ave Wastewater Treatment Plant, perform design services, develop contract documents, attend meetings with City staff and JOC contractor(s), and provide independent cost estimates. • The consultant will provide engineering support services for the Wastewater Facilities JOC Program. • The consultant will be expected to be knowledgeable in regulatory requirements associated with the operation and maintenance of the 23rd Ave Wastewater Treatment Plant. • The consultant will perform design services relating to the 23rd Avenue WWTP facility processes. • The consultant will develop contract documents including construction plans and specifications. • The consultant will attend meetings with City staff and JOC contractor(s) to discuss and coordinate design issues and review the work progress.
