Description
The purpose of this RFQ is to purchase Sewer Maintenance and Emergency Services at multiple County Park Properties. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing routine septic system maintenance, tank pumping, pump maintenance, and emergency repairs and troubleshooting. The vendor must demonstrate professional experience completing similar projects and comply with OSHA safety guidelines and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
The scope of work includes:
• Annual septic system inspections
• Inspections as needed for permitting or compliance purposes
• Pumping, hauling, and proper disposal of wastewater
• Basic maintenance and repair of septic system components
• Jetting, pumping, and/or vactoring of storm drains and catch basins as needed
The County has an estimated project total of $95,000.00 over a 3-year contract. The vendor must provide competitive rates with an estimated not-to-exceed total.

• Submitting a quote that includes company experience, staff experience, pricing, and references
