The City of Cincinnati is seeking a qualified contractor to fully demolish two residential structures located at 3002 and 3004 Gilbert Avenue and to perform comprehensive site restoration. The work includes removal of buildings and foundations to at least 2 ft below final grade, hauling all debris, back‑filling, grading, sidewalk/driveway repair, fence protection, site cleanup, and seeding. The contractor must hold the necessary permits, provide insurance and a 100 % performance bond, and coordinate a pre‑demolition inspection with the City’s inspector. Payments are structured with partial milestones (up to 35 % and 75 % of contract value) and a final payment upon satisfactory completion.
