Architectural/Engineering Services for Holmesview Center

The South Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation Department is seeking a qualified architect to provide complete architectural/engineering services for the design and construction administration of the Holmesview Center located in Greenville, SC. The project involves site-adapting an existing design from the Florence center, which was constructed in 2017. The Department believes that acquiring the design is a sole source due to liability issues and the architect's ownership of the license. Interested architects who disagree with the sole source selection should contact Wes Stokes by January 23, 2026.
