The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a one‑time demolition of a wooden and metal barn, associated livestock pen, concrete footers, a portion of black‑vinyl fencing, and related site cleanup on parcel 24 at 10166 Louisville Road, Bowling Green, KY. The work includes complete removal of the structures, proper disposal of debris, seeding and straw‑covering of the disturbed dirt floor, rodent‑control measures, hazardous‑material handling (if encountered), and compliance with Kentucky 811 “Call Before You Dig” requirements. The contractor must provide performance and payment bonds, maintain required insurance, and submit all required certifications (DBE, Buy‑America, etc.). No pre‑bid meeting is scheduled; bidders must inspect the site independently. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder and is a single‑award, best‑value solicitation.
