Reference Laboratory Testing Services at Naval Hospital, Guam

The Defense Health Agency is seeking information from contractors capable of providing reference laboratory services for the US Naval Hospital, Guam. The services include laboratory testing, specimen analysis, and reference laboratory testing. The contractor must have the ability to receive electronic transmission of laboratory orders and transmit electronic results to the US Naval Hospital, Guam. The contractor must also have a dedicated courier service and be geographically located in Guam. • The contractor must conduct and provide results for the laboratory tests listed in the provided table. • The contractor must have the ability to receive electronic transmission of laboratory orders and transmit electronic results to the US Naval Hospital, Guam. • The contractor must have a courier service with the ability to retrieve samples for testing as needed with base access. • The contractor must have a reference laboratory, and if it is off-island, patient samples must be able to be transported daily or on business days to the off-island reference laboratory. • The contractor must identify analytical criteria and detection limits for laboratory testing. • The contractor must be geographically located in Guam, within 5 miles and/or less than a 10-15 minute drive to the US Naval Hospital, Guam. • The contractor must have a dedicated courier service and provide a technical assistance center available by telephone during business hours.
