SOQ 26-007 Provide Routine Engineering Services for Water Projects

The Parish of Jefferson is seeking qualified engineering firms to be placed on a two‑year “New List” to provide routine water‑related engineering services for assignments not exceeding $500,000 each. Firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (TEC Professional Services Questionnaire) and identify any sub‑consultants they anticipate using. The award will allow firms to compete for multiple routine water projects over the list period, with compensation on an hourly or fixed‑fee basis as determined per assignment. • Eligibility: At least one PE‑licensed principal and professional in‑charge with ≥5 years experience; at least one PE‑licensed employee in the discipline. • Scope: Engineering design, drafting, specifications, construction administration, and related consulting for water infrastructure (drainage, sewer, water). • Compensation: Up to $500,000 per assignment; hourly rates or fixed fees per project, based on certified salary costs plus overhead/profit per Parish guidelines.
