Description
The City of Port Arthur is seeking bids for the pressure washing and painting of Fire Station #1. The scope of work includes pressure washing the fire station building, painting the Exterior Insulation and Finish System, painting the two columns at the fence, painting the exterior bollards and corners, and painting the exterior doors, frames, signs, and letters. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for January 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Fire Station #1. Bids must be submitted by January 21, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.
• The bid must include a bid sheet, non-collusion affidavit, affidavit, conflict of interest questionnaire, and other required documents.
• The bidder must have a satisfactory record of performance and integrity.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The bidder must provide proof of insurance and bonding.
• The bidder must specify the number of calendar days required to complete the work.
