Description
The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide technology and strategy support services. The purpose of this contract will be to provide professional services for projects as required by COTA. A key requirement will be the vendor's experience in the Public Transit sector, with the ability to leverage experience or engagements with other private business sectors. Excellent understanding of software application management, software vendor management, data engineering, change management, data analytics, report design, regulatory impact on technology, emerging technology, and its potential impact on transit and transit operations knowledge is a significant criterion in the consultant selection process. COTA is seeking a diversity of skills. Your proposal should emphasize the quality of services and expertise your firm offers.This contract is expected to commence on or around January 1, 2026, and expires December 31, 2026.
