Amendment 01 to Project Labor Agreement (PLA) Sentinel Utilities Infrastructure System

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District, is soliciting comments from the construction community on the potential use of a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) for the Sentinel Utilities Infrastructure System project at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana. The project involves constructing utilities distribution systems, including water, wastewater, electrical, natural gas, and telecommunications, to serve the entire Sentinel Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) Complex. The project is expected to require multiple construction contractors and/or subcontractors employing workers in multiple crafts or trades, and completion is anticipated to take approximately 1,095 calendar days.
