Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a single vendor to provide Automatic Door Operators (ADO) inspection and repair services for the VA Connecticut Healthcare System. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with a total ceiling of $350,000. The vendor will be required to provide routine and emergency service, including inspections, repairs, and maintenance of ADOs. The vendor must have experience working in a hospital environment and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
• The contract will be set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
• The vendor must provide pricing information, including routine and emergency service hourly rates, material cost mark-up, and mobilization fees.
• The vendor must demonstrate their technical ability to perform the work, including providing references and certifications.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to records management and subcontracting.
