Description
The City of Columbus is seeking an authorized service provider to deliver a one‑year preventive‑maintenance and repair contract for its CAAS Cube automated ELISA system used in the Water Quality Assurance Laboratory. The vendor must be an authorized Gold Standard Diagnostics repair partner and will be responsible for on‑site support, two repair visits, one preventive‑maintenance visit, and all associated travel, parts, and labor at no extra charge, plus any required software updates.
• Provide online/telephone support and two on‑site repair visits per year.
• Conduct one on‑site preventive‑maintenance visit per year, including product updates/modifications.
• Must submit Ohio BWC Certificate and Liability Insurance Certificate to the laboratory manager upon award.
• Contract runs from September 19 2026 through September 18 2027 (12 months).
