The City and Borough of Wrangell, Alaska is seeking an experienced engineering firm to design, permit, and administer construction for the McKinnon Street Rehabilitation project. The scope includes full civil engineering design of approximately 280 feet of roadway, sidewalks, storm drainage, and water‑sewer utility replacement, preparation of 50 % and 95 % design packages, construction‑admin services, and delivery of as‑built documentation.
