Sealed bids for the purchase 15,000 tons of Hot Mix Supply MPWS Grade B Asphalt (or) Equivalent

The City-County of Butte-Silver Bow is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of 15,000 tons of Hot Mix Supply MPWS Grade B Asphalt (or) Equivalent. The asphalt shall meet the specifications of a PG58-28 grade, and the unit price shall include hauling from a hot plant located within Butte-Silver Bow. Bidders must provide a bid bond or other security in the amount of 10% of the aggregate bid. The successful bidder will be required to execute an agreement and provide a performance and payment bond, if required. * The project involves the supply of Hot Mix Supply MPWS Grade B Asphalt (or) Equivalent * The asphalt shall meet the specifications of a PG58-28 grade * The unit price shall include hauling from a hot plant located within Butte-Silver Bow * Bidders must provide a bid bond or other security in the amount of 10% of the aggregate bid * The successful bidder will be required to execute an agreement and provide a performance and payment bond, if required
