Crescent Boulevard and Lee BeGoble Drive Extension

This project entails the extension and upgrade of municipal infrastructure on the Crescent Boulevard and Lee BeGoble Drive corridor. The work includes the installation of new water mains, storm sewers, roadway pavement, and associated structures, all financed with local funds. The City of Novi will receive sealed bids and may award the contract at its discretion, allowing for alternative bids and extended award timelines. • Approximately 1,200 ft of 12‑inch ductile‑iron and 16‑inch HDPE water main. • About 1,900 ft of concrete storm sewer and 3,300 ft of curbed asphalt roadway with sidewalks. • Installation of two precast concrete box culverts and an 11‑mile roundabout, plus associated earthwork and paving. • Bid security required; bids non‑withdrawable for 120 days unless mutually extended.
