AVIATION ARCHITECTURAL CONSTRUCTION

The City of Phoenix is seeking qualified contractors to provide Aviation Architectural Job Order Contracting (JOC) Services on an on-call basis. The scope of work includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, underground and above ground utilities, environmental services, roofing, carpentry, painting, and flooring, among other services. The contractor will be required to maintain all project records in electronic format and utilize the City's ASP web-based project management database. The contract will have a duration of 36 months or $21,000,000 per JOC, whichever occurs first, with an option to renew for an additional 24-month term. • The contractor must hold the correct Arizona contractor license and provide a bonding statement from a Surety Company. • The contractor must have experience with the JOC process and be familiar with the City's project management approach. • The contractor must provide a proposed subcontractor selection plan and describe their approach to managing multiple JOA projects concurrently. • The contractor must meet the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) utilization goal of 11%.
