Planned Residential Fill Removal & Replacement Group 3.13.26 (5251 St Clair)

The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for the removal, transport, and disposal of fill material from planned residential properties. The work includes excavation, loading, and hauling of fill material, as well as backfilling and grading of the site. Vendors must submit a quote that includes a price sheet, professional rate schedule, and signature page. The city reserves the right to award each group to a different vendor, all groups to one vendor, or any combination of groups to a particular vendor. • The scope of work includes removal and disposal of fill material, backfilling, and grading of the site. • Vendors must be prequalified by the City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement. • The city reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, waive any non-conformity, re-advertise for quotes, or take any other appropriate action. • The successful vendor will be required to provide performance and payment bonds to the city. • The vendor will have 120 calendar days to complete the work from the date of the notice to proceed.
