HOGEN Testing & Troubleshooting Parts for the Sterling Field Support Center in Sterling, VA

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking to negotiate and award a purchase order for HOGEN testing and troubleshooting parts for the Sterling Field Support Center in Sterling, VA. The parts are to be delivered to the center and will be used by the Upper Air Help desk to simulate issues and troubleshoot problems in a controlled environment. The goal of this procurement is to minimize downtime of sites and improve the help desk's ability to assist the field. • The procurement is for specific HOGEN parts, including P/N KT-0400-0189-1, 08-2303-0010, 54-0502-0247-2, and 08-2301-0015. • The parts are to be used for a testing/troubleshooting aid. • The procurement is being conducted on a sole source basis, with Proton Energy Systems (Nel Hydrogen) being the only manufacturer of the required parts. • Firms that believe they can fully meet the government's requirements may submit substantiating documentation or a request for additional information in writing to the Contract Specialist within 15 days after publication of the pre-solicitation notice.
