The United States Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center (IBC), is seeking to extend the ordering periods of two existing Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the procurement of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and associated product accessories. The BPAs are for the WingtraOne Gen II UAS and other integrated equipment. The UAS will be used for mapping operations, resource and emergency missions, and will replace existing FireFly6 UASs. The extension of the BPAs will ensure compliance with Government Requirements and provide cost savings to the Government.
• The WingtraOne Gen II UAS has a high-resolution camera and can act as a resource in response missions.
• The UAS will be used for mapping operations, which is critical to fulfilling the Department’s commitment to base its decisions on the best available science.
• The BPAs have a shared ceiling with a 3-year ordering period from 05/19/2023 to 05/18/2026, and a 2-year ordering period extension from 05/19/2026 to 05/18/2028.
• The total obligated amount is not specified, but there is sufficient ceiling to cover the placement of future call orders for the next 2 years.
