The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential contractors to provide residential housing for veterans in the Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program. The program aims to provide a safe and supportive environment for veterans to recover from substance use disorders. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, and staff to support the program, including residential beds, food, recreational activities, and transportation. The contractor will also be required to provide a minimum of two employees on-site to monitor veterans and ensure their safety. • The contractor must provide residential beds for veterans, with a minimum of 14 beds in Fayetteville, AR, and 10 beds in Springfield, MO. • The contractor must provide random drug testing and all other associated support services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement. • The contractor must provide a nutritious meal plan, including snacks and drinks, and have the plan approved by a registered dietitian. • The contractor must provide supervision of medication administration and ensure that all contractor/subcontractor staff members are active in a recovery process that includes a lifestyle free from drug and alcohol abuse.
