Sources Sought - A&E Services Scott AFB

The 126 Air Refueling Wing, Scott AFB, is seeking information from firms interested in providing Architect-Engineer (A-E) services in support of the Air National Guard throughout Illinois, primarily at Scott AFB. The services required include design and construction oversight for Sustainment, Repair, and Modernization (SRM) and Military Construction (MILCON) programs. The A-E firm will be required to comply with all industry standard codes and base-specific codes and regulations. Some of the specific services that may be required include: • Field/subsurface site investigations • Project design analysis • Preparation of construction drawings and technical specifications • Construction cost and time estimates • Architectural, electrical, mechanical, civil, and environmental engineering services • Facility assessments and life safety upgrades • Renovation and modernization of facilities • Sustainable design and LEED certification • Construction estimates and contract modifications Interested firms should provide information about their company, including their capability to provide the required services, their experience with military installations, and their small business status.
