Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a sole source contractor to provide various aircraft components. The solicitation will contain 8 National Stock Numbers (NSNs) for the components, and the approved source is Woodward, Inc. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract for all of the listed NSNs, with variable quantities for an 8-year period and 3 option years. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to receive an award.
• The contractor must provide drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the Acquisition Item Description (AID).
• The contractor must furnish a completed surplus certificate, DLAD Procurement Note C04, Government Surplus Material, or adequate traceability documentation to show that the product is acceptable.
• The contractor must identify items of interest and include evidence of ability to supply the items for the contract period.
• The contractor must identify the quantity available and price.
