Description
The Colorado Community College System is seeking a consultant to prepare a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the development of the Lowry Campus. The consultant will be responsible for drafting and finalizing the RFP, managing the solicitation process, and evaluating proposals from potential master developers. The Lowry Campus is a 145-acre site located in east Denver and west Aurora, and the goal of the project is to develop the site into a vibrant and sustainable community. The consultant will need to have experience in drafting RFPs and evaluating proposals for master developers, as well as knowledge of the Denver metro area and the Colorado Community College System.
Some key aspects of the job include:
• Developing an RFP to solicit proposals from master developers
• Managing the solicitation process and evaluating proposals
• Providing guidance on the method to solicit master developers and managing the actual solicitation process
• Reviewing and evaluating proposals from master developers and advising CCCS management on the advantages and disadvantages of each proposal
• Negotiating and advising on the contract with the selected master developer
