2026 Calibration of CFS Lab Equipment and Scales

The Michigan Department of Transportation is seeking a vendor to calibrate all lab equipment at the Statewide Testing Lab. The selected vendor will be responsible for calibrating various equipment, including laboratory equipment, machines, scales, and balances. The vendor must provide individual reports for each piece of equipment, detailing the laboratory name, machine name, service date, linearity, readability, and as-found/as-left readings. The vendor must also comply with applicable industry standards and regulations, including ASTM E4, ASTM D76, ASTM E74, and ASTM E467. • The vendor must be able to calibrate all equipment as listed on Attachment 1 - Calibration Bid List. • The vendor must provide a quote that includes unit prices and total prices for all services. • The vendor must be registered in SIGMA VSS to receive payment. • The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
