DOOR REPLACEMENT AND MODIFICATION

The Canyons School District (CSD) is seeking bids from qualified contractors for commercial door replacement, installation, and modification services at various school facilities. The contract will be for one year, with the option to extend annually for up to four additional years. The contractor must be properly licensed, have a minimum of five years of commercial door and hardware experience, and be capable of completing each assigned scope of work within eight weeks. The contractor must also demonstrate the capacity to coordinate inspection for quality and code requirements with the CSD General Trades Department. Some key points to consider: • The contractor must be properly licensed to do business in the State of Utah and maintain a B100 and or a S220 license. • The contractor must meet and comply with CSD insurance requirements. • The contractor must be capable of field verifying all measurements at each project location prior to fabrication or ordering of materials. • The contractor must be able to coordinate inspection for quality and code requirements with the CSD General Trades Department. • The contractor must provide a minimum of three and a maximum of five references over the past four years.
