Description
The Western Connecticut Council of Governments (WestCOG) is seeking a qualified consultant or firm to provide Household Hazardous Waste Collection Services. The scope of work, schedule, deadlines, submission requirements, evaluation criteria, procurement method, and cost proposal requirements are to be defined exclusively in Part 2 – Procurement Form. The selected proposer will be required to execute an Agreement with each of the TOWNS and maintain insurance coverage as specified in Part 3 – Attachments. Key aspects of the project include:
• The project is for the collection of household hazardous waste
• The scope of work and project-specific details are to be found in Part 2 – Procurement Form
• The evaluation process may include review of submitted qualifications, technical proposals, and cost or fee proposals
• The selected proposer will be required to execute an Agreement with each of the TOWNS
• The project is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
