Description
The Town of Plainfield is seeking Building Enclosure Commissioning services with accelerated pre-design and design phase based on existing program energy assessments and identified measures, construction phase and post-construction phase services. The project includes energy efficiency and resilience improvements at multiple locations, including the Plainfield Town Hall & Opera House, Wastewater Treatment Facility, Town Garage, Firehouse, and Municipal Office Building. The selected contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform all tasks.
• Assistance with reviewing awarded measures and developing any necessary designs components to implement measures
• Implementation/Construction of Measures
• Provide all documentation and assist the Town with any records required for BGS.
The project requires a detailed scope of work, proposed methodology, and schedule, as well as a detailed budget and qualifications profile for the lead service provider and sub-contractors.
