Description
The Town of Franklin is seeking bids for the Jackson & Public Works Sewer Lift Station Pump & Controls In-Kind Replacement Project. The project involves removing existing pumps, motors, drives, and pump control panels and installing in-kind replacements. The work will be paid for at contract unit bid prices, which will constitute full compensation for all materials, labor, equipment, etc. required to complete the work.
• The estimated construction cost is $100,000.
• The project is expected to start in July 2026 and last for 120 construction calendar days.
• An optional pre-bid conference will be held on May 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
• Proposals are due on May 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
