Golden Gem Reclaim Water Pump Station

The City of Apopka is seeking bids for the construction of the Golden Gem Reclaim Water Pump Station. The project involves the construction of a new Reclaimed Water Transfer Pump Station, which will draw reclaimed water from two existing lined storage ponds and pump it back into the City's reclaimed water distribution system. The scope of work includes site preparation, construction of a wetwell, installation of vertical turbine pumps, a pressurized screen filter system, and all associated yard piping, valves, and connections. The project also includes the construction of an electrical building, emergency generator, and full SCADA system. The contractor will be responsible for conducting all pre-operational testing, equipment startup, and performance verification, as well as providing on-site operations and maintenance training to City personnel.
