Description
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a contractor to provide Family Preservation – Family Assistance Program Services in Monroe County. The contract term is three years with up to two one-year renewal options. The selected contractor will be required to provide Direct Family Assistance and Parenting Time support services. The evaluation criteria include experience and qualifications, delivery capability, service capability and understanding, and instructions for bidders and vendor questions worksheet.
