Description
The City of Cincinnati is soliciting bids for a single new or “approved equal” 2026‑or‑newer Bobcat Compact E48 R2 mini excavator, fully equipped with deluxe cab, ROPS/FOPS/TOPS, advanced hydraulics, telematics, and a suite of attachments. The contractor must deliver the unit to the Greater Cincinnati Water Works Fleet Services Division, provide warranty service (or arrange a notarized warranty transfer to a local dealer), and be prepared to demonstrate the equipment on short notice. All required forms, an Excel pricing sheet, and compliance documentation (EEO, insurance, etc.) must be submitted electronically by the deadline.
• Supply one fully configured Bobcat Compact E48 R2 (or equivalent) meeting detailed Tier 4 diesel, hydraulic, safety, and telematics specifications.
• Provide warranty coverage and be able to service the equipment locally; optional warranty transfer to a local dealer requires notarization.
• Submit a complete bid package (PDF of all forms + separate Excel pricing sheet) via the VSS portal by 12 PM ET on 6 Oct 2026, with questions due by 29 Sept 2026.
