Duty-free Midsize SUV

The American Embassy Bridgetown is seeking a quotation for the supply of one duty-free mid-size SUV. The quotation must be submitted electronically in a specific format and size, and must include all required documents and information. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. • The quotation must include SF-1449, Section I, Pricing, Section 5 Representations and Certifications, and additional information as required in Section 3. • The offeror must be registered in the SAM database prior to submission of their offer. • The contract will be awarded based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although discussions may be held with companies in the competitive range if necessary. • The quotation must be submitted in English and must not exceed 30MB in file size. • Incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
