Description
The U.S. Department of the Interior is seeking a qualified appraiser to provide market valuation and appraisal report services for GATE SAHO Buildings 24 and 25, located in the Gateway National Recreation Area, Fort Hancock, Sandy Hook, New Jersey. The appraiser will be required to inspect the subject property and comparable market properties, and provide a report that includes a market rent conclusion based on the hypothetical condition that the proposed rehabilitation is complete. The appraiser must hold a valid license as a Certified General Appraiser for the jurisdiction in which the subject property is located.
