Michigan State University is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, and install all furniture for the new Plant and Environmental Science Building. The contract covers open‑line laboratory furniture (exact specifications, no substitutes) and office furniture (Haworth‑based design with allowable equivalents). The supplier must provide detailed shop and installation drawings, certifications, maintenance manuals, and LEED‑compliant packaging disposal, and must manage installation under prevailing‑wage rules with an on‑site Installation Manager. Delivery and installation are slated for January‑mid‑March 2027, with a 5‑year manufacturer warranty and a 5‑year workmanship warranty.
• Provide exact open‑line furniture per Excel spec, no substitutions allowed.
• Offer comparable office furniture meeting design intent, with full documentation and warranties.
• Coordinate delivery, storage (up to 90 days on‑site), and installation under prevailing‑wage and OSHA/MIOSIA standards, working with Clark Construction.
