Inflow and Infiltration Analysis

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is seeking an Architect/Engineering (A/E) firm to perform collection system assessment services, including flow monitoring, inflow and infiltration (I/I) analysis, and making recommendations for I/I source detection activities at various locations in Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties. The selected firm will be required to assist the WSSC with project coordination and cooperation related to local communities, County Government, Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning, WSSC staff, and other affected organizations. • The scope of work includes flow monitoring, I/I analysis, and recommendations for I/I source detection activities. • The selected firm will be required to have experience in providing commercial and industrial refuse collection services within the past three years. • The firm must have four or more company-marked vehicles and the necessary containers to perform these services. • The proposal must include a technical proposal, pricing proposal, and other required documentation. • The evaluation factors include firm experience, key personnel, technical/project approach, and pricing.
