The Department of Motor Vehicles intends to enter into a sole source contract with I3 Vertical DBA Celtic Cross Holdings to provide ongoing support and maintenance for the current system for international registration plan (IRP) and the international fuel tax agreement (IFTA) administered by SCDMV.
