Intelligence Exploitation and Targeting Systems (IETS)

The Navy’s Naval Air Warfare Center – Weapons Division is issuing an IDIQ Multiple‑Award Contract for the development, integration, and fielding of Intelligence Exploitation and Targeting Systems (IETS). The effort supports the Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) family of programs and includes software‑engineering, photogrammetric algorithm development, time‑sensitive targeting integration, and high‑security (TS/SCI) system deployment. Offerors must provide extensive technical proposals, past‑performance documentation, and a Technical Challenge Report, all submitted electronically via PIEE. • Develop and integrate IETS software and hardware components into DCGS and related ISR/TARG platforms. • Deliver photogrammetry, geo‑positioning, and time‑sensitive targeting capabilities, including handheld, workstation, and airborne solutions. • Provide training, documentation, and support for TS/SCI‑level operations, with travel requirements both CONUS and OCONUS.
