The Jalen Rose Leadership Academy is seeking a demolition contractor to provide demolition services for their campus expansion project. The scope of work includes removing all floor finishes, hard lid ceilings, interior finishes, and furring on exterior walls, as well as removing base and upper cabinets, window treatments, and debris from the building. The contractor must visit the site to verify existing conditions before submitting a bid. The project involves multiple areas of the campus, including Area A and Area B, and requires the removal of various architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing items. • Demolition of existing buildings and structures • Removal of floor finishes, ceilings, and interior finishes • Removal of base and upper cabinets, window treatments, and debris • Provision of temporary partitions and dust mats • Maintenance of means of egress and fire protection features • Compliance with applicable statutes, ordinances, codes, and regulations
