Description
The Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center is seeking information from prospective contractors to replace the existing cooling system at the Kayenta Health Center. The project requires the removal of the existing system and the installation of a new precision cooling system with integrated humidity control, energy-efficient operation, and low-ambient capability. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and transportation to complete the work. The project must be completed by December 31, 2026.
• The contractor must be licensed and have experience with similar projects.
• The contractor must provide a company profile, a brief statement of capability, and other required documentation.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including ASHRAE, DOE, and EPA standards.
