This solicitation seeks a contractor to replace two air‑cooled, low‑temperature glycol chillers and all associated systems at the Ross Heart Hospital in Franklin, Ohio. The scope includes removal of existing units, installation of new chillers, associated piping, electrical work, structural supports, control systems, and rigging.
