Description
The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System is seeking qualified vendors to provide immunology testing services (e.g., serology, auto‑immune panels, infectious disease markers) for the VA Los Angeles Medical Hospital. The solicitation is a full‑and‑open RFQ, set‑aside for HUBZone, Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned, Small Business, and Women‑Owned Small Business participants. Offerors must complete specific SF‑1449 blocks, submit pricing and technical compliance, and certify compliance with numerous FAR clauses (security, DEI, etc.). Invoices are to be submitted electronically on a quarterly or other agreed schedule. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose price and technical capability are most advantageous.
