Window Treatments (POD S)

The Veterans Health Administration at Hampton VA Medical Center is seeking a vendor to supply and fully install custom manual roller window shades (WT Shades CF200, SoloMount) in Building 148, Pod S. The contract includes field measurements, design of a custom arched fascia, removal of existing treatments, delivery, “white‑glove” installation, project management, punch‑list completion, and post‑install training. Work must be coordinated to minimize disruption to patient care, adhere to VA security and safety policies, and meet ANSI/BIFMA, ASTM, and WCMA standards. The award will be to the lowest technically acceptable price; all quotations must be submitted electronically by September 16 2026. • Supply of 41 manual roller shades (incl. hardware) • On‑site field measurements and custom arched fascia design • Removal and disposal of existing window treatments • Delivery to Hampton VA Medical Center (FOB destination) • Installation, alignment, testing, and “white‑glove” finish • Project management, scheduling, and two optional punch‑list visits • Compliance with VA security, OSHA, ADA, and product warranty requirements • Required sample demo within 2 weeks of award • Delivery window: 10 weeks after contract award
