WCS - Central Services Office Painting

Weldon City Schools is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and licensed contractors to provide interior painting services for office space at Weldon Central Services. The purpose of this RFP is to secure a vendor that can deliver high-quality workmanship in a cost-effective and timely manner while ensuring a safe environment for students and staff. The project includes preparing surfaces, priming surfaces as needed, painting walls, ceilings, and trim, protecting furniture and flooring, and performing cleanup. The estimated project details include 18 offices, approximately 8500 square feet, and a ceiling height of 10 feet. • The contractor must have experience with commercial or institutional painting projects. • The contractor must have proper licensing and insurance. • The contractor must be able to meet project timelines. • The contractor must provide references from similar projects. • The contractor must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations. • The contractor must ensure minimal disruption to school operations.
