Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking to purchase one Mimaki Cutting Plotter CF2-1218RC-S or equal for the Visual Information Division, USAG, Japan. The contractor shall deliver the cutting plotter directly to the USAG, Japan, and provide basic operational training to U.S. Government's American and Japanese employees at the time of delivery. A 1-year warranty is required.
• The contractor must have valid licenses to meet the requirement in the country of Japan.
• The contractor must have a Japanese CAGE code to receive timely warranty support, test run, and on-site training in Japanese.
• The contractor shall perform a test run and adjustment to ensure the plotter is functioning properly.
• Any damages caused to the items during delivery on this contract shall be replaced and/or repaired to its original condition at no additional cost to the U.S.
