Description
The State of West Virginia is seeking vendors to provide IWR System Maintenance & Support. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to renew for up to three successive one-year periods. The vendor will be required to provide maintenance and support services for the IWR system, including troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of hardware and software components. The vendor will also be required to provide training and documentation to state personnel.
• The contract will be awarded to the vendor that submits the lowest priced proposal that meets the requirements of the solicitation.
